My Dear Hamilton is a captivating and intriguing read. This book is a long read at almost 700 pages, but it is well worth every page. The information is meticulously researched and gives a look at the birth of our country I've never had. Before picking up my My Dear Hamilton, I didn't even know the name of Alexander Hamilton's wife. After reading her story, I have an immense amount of respect for this woman who played a vital role in the establishment of our country. I'm pleased to say I have plans to read more of Stephanie Dray and Laura Kamoie's historical fiction work.
