I'm not what people consider big, but this isn't a diet book. This is a "get healthy" book. Jasinda did an amazing job laying out her struggle and explaining her reasoning behind this plan. She researched countless books and used herself and her family as the guinea pigs. This get healthy plan worked for them and I have heard from countless others that it has worked for them too. So, what's the harm in trying out this not diet? Many of the ideas that Jasinda suggests are things that we have already been implementing in our house. These are not off-the-wall ideas. This is an 8 week challenge to a new way of eating. Give it a try!
