This book had me guessing right until the very end! I thought I had it all figured out, and then another twist had me blindsided. I thought the characters and plot was compelling (although it took a while to get going), and I enjoyed the almost dark academia vibe. The main character’s decisions and communication did stress me out at times, and there were some unanswered questions at the end:
who was the father of April’s baby?!
A very good thriller, with an ending that genuinely surprised me and (mostly) made sense!
