This book is about how Britain has always felt nostalgic for a time long gone and used that history to its own ends as well as the impacts this has had on history, politics and society. I loved this book so much. I found it to be incredibly thought-provoking and hard hitting. It is also incredibly timely with the current political climate and I think that this book could spark a lot of conversations. I also loved the writing style and I found this book to be immensely readable. This was just an amazing book and one that I would highly recommend to everyone.
