Zuri, a witch, goes to Elena, her ex and a vampire, for help. But just after her visit Elena is ambushed and nearly killed. 

Marisol, a emergency nurse, is there when Elena is brought in, and accidentally uses  healing magic to revive her. 

Now Elena, Zuri and Marisol need o ho on the run as they try to figure out how Marisol's powers work and to completely restore Elena.
