Deadly Little Scandals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

2.0

I mentioned in my review of the first in this series, the narrator for this did NOT have a good southern accent, and that definitely still bothered me.
The story was a good continuation, but whew did it get pretty crazy there at the end, making it super unrealistic! I think a lot of her books have some aspects you have to suspend reality for, but this went a bit too far for me.
She has a lot better series, in my opinion. Maybe I would have liked it more if I hadn't done audiobook. 🤷🏻‍♀️
