It's an incredibly immersive, high fantasy story. The magic system took me a bit to understand, but once I got the gist of it, I was impressed.
The beginning of the story lays the groundwork in several parts of this magical realm, and we get introduced to multiple main characters. In the second half of the story is when the pieces of the puzzle start falling together and was when I really started to enjoy the story. It's exciting and I'm looking forward to the next instalment.
