SPOILERS.
This book rlly made me sad bc there were many possibilities that he could have survived. Chris should have been prepared like most hikers do. He wanted to do it in his way but he ended up dying from the cold…I wish he could have brought some important things with him bc he could have made it out alive. His death rlly made me sad bc I was hoping he would survive at the end. I feel so sorry for his sister and his parents bc they tried contacting him. They knew what he wanted but if I was his sister or mother I would be rlly worried for him bc without any updates would make me rlly think something bad happened to him. I know Chris wanted to get away from society and go to an adventure, but without having safety first in your mind could mess up everything. However, I still like this book even tho there were times I was frustrated at the Chris.
