Did not finish book. Stopped at 69%.

It was painstakingly slow and I LOATHED that there are so many phrases in different languages that were 99% of the time not translated. I mean we have English, Italian, french and malgasy ( I believe that is how you spell that last one). Towards the end of my reading experience I stopped looking up what the non-English terms were because they were used so often and they slow down the reading experience for me to put down the book just to look up the words/phrases mentioned. I hated this so much.
