zzzrevel 's review for:
A Rising Man
by Abir Mukherjee
This was fairly wooden in delivery by the first-person
voice of the protagonist. No real development of
character(s) and in my opinion the "investigation'
really never got started until 270 pages into the
story!
There is alot of background on the early 1900's
situation in British India, but I did not have too
much interest in that. So I will not be reading
the next book in the series.
