This on audio was really well done. But I would’ve been bored especially in the beginning and middle if I was physically reading this. Not a ton happens that is super profound to me but I started to really enjoy it by the end as it tied in the history of that time a lot more. Also found myself emotional with this book multiple times as it discusses a mother’s relationship with her daughter and traversing life with each other through hardships.
