gwenoliver 's review for:
Under the Dome
by Stephen King
This book is very reflective of Stephen King's typical style, especially since it dealt more with how people REACT to tragedy/extreme situations than the actual tragedy/extreme situation itself. It's an interesting book, well-written and very well developed, but it lacked a certain aspect of depth that I have come to expect from books that I really like. It was a story, but there was little meaning, at least that I gathered, beyond its surface level. Still a good book, I'm not sure that it was worth reading 1074 pages to finish.
