Make Me Bee-lieve: A Femme Fatale Monster Romance by D.J. Russo

Did not finish book. Stopped at 85%.

I really wanted to like this book, as I found SINK OR SWIM to be delightful. But I just found myself detached from the characters and plot. I don’t think the timeline made a lot of sense—mega instalove—and I think the plot needed to decide if it was going to be more goofy / chill or more intense. The back and forth of trying to be both just didn’t work for me.
