I went into this book expecting fluff but good fluff based on rave reviews on booktok.
Let’s clear up a few things.
If you have to repeatedly tell people you’re a gentleman, are you really a gentleman? Especially when your inner monologue was very much so not gentlemanly!
How is someone, “the nicest guy ever” if you have to get over them being the biggest prick!?
Why is the dad so obsessed with his daughter’s sex life!? Stop telling her who she can and cannot sleep with! Are you just jealous it can’t be you!? Because that’s what it reads like.
I don’t want to yuck anyone’s yum, but the sexual use of the dad’s nickname for the FMC was uncomfortable for me.
Idk how I made it 70% through this but it was a DNF for me.
