I timed this book to coincide with our Inca Trail hike and Machu Picchu visit, so seeing all the ruins and the story behind their discovery was really good.
I enjoyed Adams' narration, alternating between Bingham's tale, the history of the Inca Kings and his own hike with John Leviers, especially the last part.
Great book!
