I absolutely fell in love with Wicked Saints last year, so I was extremely excited to be approved for this arc and to be able to pick this book up ASAP.
We follow just a few months after the first book and boy was this book a ride. It explained a lot more things that I had questions about in book one, however, it created a multitude of more questions I need answers to.
There was quite a bit of character growth in this novel, however, if you didn't enjoy the romance in the first one you most definitely will not enjoy the romance in this novel. I loved it and have rooted for these characters from the first page of book one.
Also, the plot does get a bit thicker which I expected being that this is book two. The plot twists were not things I saw coming. There were quite a few that made me put the book down for a moment to be able to absorb what I had just read.
All in all I think this was an amazing sequel and I cannot wait until book three is released.
