Every Summer After was not quite the light rom-com I was looking for, but was still a good read. Following Percy and Sam as they grow up through their teenage years, Fortune examines the complexity of different relationships, forgiveness, and moving on.
I was a little confused towards the end when it's clear Sam realized what happened between Percy and Charlie, but that situation needed more exploration. I'd also like a little more from Sam's perspective when he leaves the last summer.
