I got this book because of the review I kept seeing on bookstagram and I had high hopes. The authors emphasize the importance of aligning one's passions, talents, mission, and values to unlock a life of purpose and happiness. Furthermore, the incorporation of Japanese cultural practices and traditions .
    WHAT'S THE SECRET TO A LONG AND HAPPY LIFE?, from the interview carried out by Héctor García and Francesc Miralles and the response by the centurians, they themselve have no answer to that but rather just stated that living a healthy stress free lifetyle  and doing what you love, will make one want to live longer. And having a drive to find one's ikigai will make you want to live longer.
