An Inevitable Magick by Lex Kelly
5.0
“It’s like irritation and insecurity had a baby with a top note of panic.”
An Inevitable Magick was a book that I did not know I needed. Slow at the start, by 25-30% in, I was hooked.
I adore Liv. Watching her learn how to trust and let go, watching her learn to trust herself, watching her learn to give up control and let others in was incredible. Her friends are her family and I love the way they accepted her back so easily.
My heart broke for her a thousand times throughout this book but the strength she showed was remarkable. I want to read Ivy’s book sooooo badly. Especially if it’s during the same time period. Her parts in the book added so much depth to the pain being caused.
I can’t wait for book 2 with Quinn and Declan and to find out their individual backstories
