The raven scholar is probably my favourite read this year. It’s an epic fantasy with flawed characters so perfectly portrayed so that it’s difficult to hate anyone. I loved all the complex character relationships, these were some of the best developed characters I’ve read about in a long time. The world building was also well executed, time was given to it and yet it didn’t feel boring to read about it. I genuinely loved everything about it and will 100% be continuing the series!
