I love Kelly and Robbie, and they’re both probably my favourite characters, but something about the plot or stakes of the book didn’t impact me as the other books in the series. Still enjoyed it though! Now that I think of it, maybe subconsciously the constant revival of characters (AHEM RICO, whom I love and would never have wanted to die, but would have made the stakes that much higher. I get it though, bc Rico is a fantastic character….but still!) pulled me out of the story a bit, and made me slightly disappointed.
