Acting the Part by Z.R. Ellor

2.5

It was cute. But the protagonist seemed to go from never having dysphoria to having it every second of every day within a span of like 2 weeks, just kinda out of nowhere.
For a book that had a whole scene about "great media subverting expectations," the "surprise twist" could be seen a mile off, literally from the very first scene with "Aida."
Cute book, hopeful, but not particularly groundbreaking.
