All the Missing Pieces by Catherine Cowles
5.0

Let me start by saying Catherine Cowles is one of those authors that is an automatic read as soon as her newest book releases. She has a way of captivating your attention from the first page until the last page so I knew I would love it.

This book follows Ridley, a crime podcaster, to Shady Cove where she is covering a story from 10 years ago. This story is about a teenage girl, Emmerson, who was kidnapped but escaped, and Ridley believes it is linked to other tragedies.

When Ridley arrives to this small town, the residents are not the most welcoming, especially the local sheriff who does not want her bringing up all the old pain of what happened to Emmerson.

As Ridley continues to work on finding a break in this case, the Sheriff discovers they may have more in common then he realized.

This book was a 5 star read for me. The characters were relatable and some corky, add in a little suspense and you can't go wrong. Not to mention, with Catherine's books the "bad guy" never seems to be who I think it is. Go read this book NOW! You will not be disappointed.
