Gathering of the Four by A.E. Bennett
adventurous
medium-paced
3.75
Gathering of the Four took a while for me to get into. I found it a bit slow to start, or maybe it was just a bit slow for me to care about the characters.
However, about 25-30% was where I was gripped. There are many different stories interweaving to make a bigger picture in this book. I enjoyed seeing the different POVs as I like understanding why people are acting as they are.
By the end of the book, there is obviously a lot more to come. I'm interested to find out what happens next with Leora, Roland, Aurora and Leopold. Especially with how things were left with them.
I'm also interested in finding out how things are going to go with Eve.
