A nice second installment to the Thrawn trilogy. Great to meet the Noghri again. Nice back story connecting Thrawn to Anakin and the start of the connection to the outer rim. The split of story between past and present made both stories seem a little less filling and made things feel scattered at times. Ending of the book sets up a great finale to come
