Seven Days in June by Tia Williams
Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
I am a chicken and was not sure if I could emotionally handle it and also it was due back at the library.
I might pick it up again in the future or I might not, depends on how I'm feeling emotionally.

Graphic: Sexual content, Chronic illness, Abandonment, Self harm, Drug abuse, Drug use, Suicidal thoughts, and Suicide attempt
Moderate: Addiction, Racism, Sexual harassment, and Alcohol
Minor: Medical trauma, Forced institutionalization, and Injury/Injury detail
Sexual Content is consensual but is on the page/described. Main character describes her chronic pain in detail, the struggles she's faced in the medical system having it recognized and treated, and the ways she has managed it over time (which vary in success and overall healthfulness.)
Many of these content warnings are for things we see in flashbacks that the characters have processed or are processing as adults. They seem to be in a much better place when the book opens but there are a lot of heavy things to deal with here.
