Assassin's Creed: The Official Movie Novelization by Christie Golden

2.0

This book kind of suffered from the same thing a lot of Assassin's Creed stuff does ime, that the future stuff with the Animus is often the least interesting part of it. But in a movie format - and therefore this book - where you only have a couple of hours, for it to make sense you wind up having a way higher percentage of future than you do in the games. The book was fine, and competent, but didn't particularly excite me at all. It did, however, get me out of a bit of a reading slump I was in, it was a pretty easy read that I absolutely blasted through, so that was cool.
