While it wasn't perfect, when I look at this series as a whole? I adore it. It was imaginative, emotional, funny, twisty and addictive. Serene and Étienne's love story is fiery, all consuming & timeless. It was so easy to imagine myself in 1910's Charleston that I wish I could go back in time and be a part of the Lacroix family. I can't wait to start the spin offs because I'm not quite ready to leave this world yet.
