Yukon Ho! by Bill Watterson

5.0

The third collection of the wonderful Calvin and Hobbes comic strip. Full of hilarious, thoughtful, insightful, cynical, non-plussed and surreal moments as Calvin explores the reality of death, life, and the average existence of a 6 year old boy in 1980's America. Reactions can range from laugh-out-loud to subtle nods of agreement at this brilliant reflection of life. Both a time-capsule from that time and still relevant, if you only read one comic strip, read this.
Features the eponymous tale of Calvin seceding from his family for the Yukon, and related song.
