I laughed out loud many a time, enjoyed the dry irreverent humor combined with heartfelt musings on facing mortality and living one’s best life. My hesitation to give 5 stars was a few parts that felt to me like they bordered on preachy or saccharine but generally I felt like the novel had a unique voice. I appreciated the splash of quirkiness!
