Dress Codes: How the Laws of Fashion Made History by Richard Thompson Ford
Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.
I liked it but I felt it was too American. It basically only talked of France as it affected Britain and after the Revolutionary War it forgot there's a world beyond the US.
I understand that a global view would be difficult but this book's too narrow and not for me.
