I had a lot of fun reading this book, and hope it gets turned into a movie! The description of it as a roller coaster ride about a heist gone wrong is pretty spot-on. I LOVED Lucky as a character. I loved the alternate timelines of past and present. It allows you to see how Lucky developed into the woman she is and why she would end up conning and grifting. I would definitely read more about her as a person. One of the main reasons I follow Reese’s book club picks is that she tends to pick books with strong female characters at the center of the story, which I am always here for. It wrapped up a bit like a Hallmark Channel movie in that maybe it wasn’t all super believable, but I loved it all.
