I read House in the Cerulean Sea and loved it. So naturally, Somewhere Beyond the Sea was on my TBR. I really enjoyed this book. I've seen mixed reactions to the book, where some love it and others enjoyed the first one more and didnt care so much for this one. While I love both of the books and thoroughly enjoy TJ Klune and his writing style, I think the last 1/4 of the book was the best in this one. Cerulean was by far my favorite of the two, but this isn't one to pass up! Expect a slower pace, and a much more tense atmosphere in this book.
