CC snapped with this book, the jack the ripper inspired plot and the angst all of the ships served, it’s such an endearing book. i found it really hard to put down (but forced myself to because i wanted to take it slow) and goddamn the ending had me frustrated at 9 in the morning. it was a nice book, i wouldn’t recommend reading without the third book though.. so
