4.75 The timing of my reading led to me finishing this book after the election. Much harder to read now. I have some strong opinions that differ from Liz Cheney, but her rational retelling of the events leading up to, during, and following the insurrection on Jan 6 are narrated so accessibly in her audiobook. She communicates and defends herself with a calm poise in the audiobook in a way that kept me listening better than emotional fueled rhetoric that often has me keeping a safe distance from politics. Her book is well organized and the audio includes some incredible clips. Highly recommend.
