This was the first time in a long time i both struggled and loved reading this book. There were times I wanted to DNF snd be done with it, but other times where it legit made me laugh out loud, shed a tear, and kilig (aka giddy) hahaha.
Things i didnt like:
- Instalove isn’t really a peoblem for me,, but this was going too fast. And i know instalove is unrealistic irl, but its a contemporary romance so the way he falls for her and gets so obsessed was intense, and i questioned why she never rlly fought him back on it (like that timehe had cameras installed, but n in her room tho!) and she did get angry, but it was soon forgotten, so why bother? ).
- There were times the writing was soo wattpad like as well, and the flow wasnt that great and could get confusing at times.
- i felt for the characters and what happened to them, i think theyre funny as well, but at the same time they seem pretty flat? I wasnt so invested in them, they were like caricatures sometimes.
- ending felt rushed and haphazardly put together without much buildup.
Things i loved:
- the found family theme. The friendship. It’s all so touching :’)
- the overly sweet hero (i started liking him after 60% in hahaha he was unbearable at the beginning but yea, his gestures to the FMC were rlly romantic… bordering on unrealistic hahaha i cant imagine a guy being that sweet, but yea it was fluffy.
- the kids.
Will i reread someday? Only certain cute parts.
Will i read the next book? Unsure yet… although its intriguing as its Julia and Trevors story. Update: nope.

Graphic: Physical abuse
Physical abuse: flashback to the trauma and what FMC has suffered. Also one point in the book where a man physically assaulted the FMC while the MMC wasn’t around.
