This is the epitome of the Philip K. Dick wife. Has little to no real importance to the story? Check. Has no motivations outside being there for the main male character? Check. Has no other defining characteristics other than what is in her pants? Check. I mean, there have been bad PKD wives before, but this one is essentially a cardboard cut out with the label "woman" across her forehead. I think my man Philip needs to cut his losses and accept the fact that he cannot write female characters to save himself. Just stick to what you're good at mate, because oftentimes premise-wise, there are a few who can rival PKD. What lets him down is this seemingly insatiable need to have a walking vagina around in every story.
