I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much at a book. Ever.
The horrifically sad moments, the joyous moments, the reunions, any time the Crochan witches or Thirteen were mentioned (iykyk), any time Elide and Lorcan were cute, any time Lysandra absolutely slayed, the quotes, Aelin. Aelin Aelin. I’m exhausted.
It was perfect. An absolutely perfect conclusion.
I’ve officially finished every single one of SJM’s Maasverse books & I’m very much tempted to read them all again because I don’t think I’ll ever find anything as good.
