Such a rich world-build with lots of moving elements that just bring this story to life. I will admit that it was hard to get through the first hundred or so pages, but it really held my attention after about 50% in. Then, it finally became a true 5 star read after the last few chapters. If you're looking for something similar to a sped up version of From Blood and Ash or A Court of Thorns an Roses, this is the perfect book. It still has its own unique flare that sets it apart, but it's familiar enough to make it easy to follow as far as fantasy goes.
