The Third Person
by Emma Grove
Fascinating autobio graphic novel about a person with Dissociative Identity Disorder, formerly called Multiple Personality Disorder. It's a bit of a honker at 904 pages, but it's very fast paced and I finished it in just a few days. 90% of the book is dialogue between the author and a terrible therapist who refused to believe they were telling the truth, because their symptoms fit so precisely into the textbook criteria. The art is spare, but the facial expressions of the other and their therapist fit perfectly. Definitely an interesting read.
