don't think i can rate this lower than 4 because (unfortunately??) i do love books about these types of dark subjects, and i cannot pretend i didn't enjoy it when im still thinking about it everyday 2 weeks later. HOWEVER i do agree that sometimes it's just too much and the author's outside comments are just unnecessary
