I knew the Chestnut Springs series was hyped but I didn’t realize it was this good. This was my cowboy romance awakening omg. I loved the opposites attracted/ying and yang dynamic between Rhett and Summer. I love how protective Rhett is and has the “I’ll burn the world for you vibe”. I think I just wanted their problems to be written more in depth, they were so important to their backstories and characters. Absolutely love Elsie’s writing style though!
