Hard to Handle by K. Bromberg
5.0
Emotional, gripping, heart-felt
There are five words to describe K. Bromberg's Hard to Handle: anticipation, devastation, reconciliation, healing, and forgiveness. I found myself captures by her story that melds hockey, enemies to lovers, and second chance romance. I began this book thinking I would read a chapter here or there. Instead, I fell into the heart-wrenching, emotional story of Hunter and Dekker, a story about two people afraid to live and love. K. Bromberg's ability to entrap your emotions is impeccable. There were moments when I held my breath, hoping Dek and Hunter could find their way through. I smiled and I cried through their journey, and it was the best afternoon spent reading this book.
