A genuinely amusing look at the "rules" of English writing. Entertaining bt also informative, it's reasonable and balanced - mocking petty prescriptivist pedantry without mercy but also ackonwledging that some guidelines and shibboleths have their place. Highly recommended for anyone who loves language, not so much for any who love trying to legislate language.
