1. I love the stories on British immigrants. Every African aunty be African auntying, you hear me?
2. This was a story of unperfect people navigating life. I love how the author examined each of the main characters and shared about them bit by bit.
3. The author covered so much from being the token black girl and dealing with people stealing your ideas to being good enough to f**k but not good enough to meet the parents and the general ick that occurs in online dating.
4. She covered grief in such a real way. I lost my dad I. 2016 and I felt much of the emotions she shared in her journey.
5 stars. I would live in this book if I could.
