This book is the definition of feminist dystopia.
It’s dystopia in the sense that the world is bleak and unlike it is now, however its story rings true and hits you where it hurts, especially if you’re afab.
It reminds us afab folk that this is what the world could be like in an alternate universe, or even in this one if the wrong people gain/stay in power.
It’s a book in my opinion everyone has to read at least once in their lives.
