Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe

Did not finish book. Stopped at 25%.
I couldn’t finish this book because it creates a sympathizer narrative for someone who regularly abuses his wives. As someone who grew up in a home with domestic violence, I couldn’t get through it. I now understand why I couldn’t get through it as a student in school either. Educators should take great caution and care when teaching a book like this.
