always in awe of Ali smiths writing. Unfortunately it’s been awhile since reading the other three seasons so I wasn’t able to place it in that context but the relationships and attitude in this book are so sweet and hopeful and intimate. Her writing makes me feel the way my capstone class made me feel, like Im learning some fundamental truth about the world
