I enjoyed the explorations of the various parts of her identity, and about the conflict in her family & her struggle to find a homeland, but the main character was so unlikable and oblivious that I couldn’t stand it. All of the “love addiction” and therapy stuff was heavy handed, cringey, and shallow.
