The best book of the whole series!! It had everything one could ask for. Two people that are so afraid of losing the ones they love they don’t allow themselves to get close to others. Nikki was introduced in skeletons of society and she didn’t make a big impression on me but boy does that change in this book. She is the badass mc I have grown to expect from a Marie Maravilla novel.
This book delves into grief in such a vulnerable and heartbreaking way. It’s obvious the author wore her heart on her sleeve and I could not be more moved by it.
READ IT!!! … at the very least add it to the tbr.
